By Using This & DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED You Are Deemed To Have Read And Agreed To The Followings Terms, Conditions And Utilization Of DFPS JOBS PVT.LTD Services :
1. Registration with the DFPS JOBS is essential Part for all the candidates before any consideration for job. The registration is only valid up to one year from the date of registration. Registration with the company means that your candidature details have been added to our database system. Registration with the company does not mean that you will be guaranteed placement somewhere or we are assuring you about the job placement. Registration fees is just a facilitation charges to keep your details in our database and to intimate you about any suitable vacancy.
2. The company does not guarantee your placement or selection against any vacancy as selection is wholly dependent on the skills of the job seekers and the concerned organisation has the sole right to select or reject any candidate.
3. If a candidate is selected for a job through DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED, he or she will solely be the employee of the organization in concern and DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be responsible for any legal issues, dispute or other matter that takes place between the organization and the candidate.
4. You agree to share your contact details and resume to the DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED which will suggest and recommend you to the various organizations/ INSTITUTE/SCHOOL/COMPANY and by agreeing to the terms and conditions, you provide authority to the DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED to intimate you about the available jobs via SMS or E-MAIL for any available offer, matching your interest, from time to time during the period of registration.
5.Acceptance and Agreement of selection and process through DFPS JOBS PVT.LTD. Will valid through digital( E-MAIL, WHATAPP, PHONE CALL, TEXT MESSAGE , dfpsjobs.com Website, TERMS OF WEBSITE ) and all digital given source will be legal proof for legal action against you if required.
6. Candidate has to attend the interviews at their own expenses. If concerned organization provides for the expenses, in that case it’s a matter between candidate and concerned organisation and DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be considered responsible to provide for the expenses. If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he or she has to inform and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our records.
7. DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED Takes a fee for this service which is half month or 15 days salary of first month of selected candidate through reference / suggestion of DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED.
8. If a candidate is selected for a job through DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED, he or she will solely be the employee of the organization in concern and DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be responsible for any legal issues, dispute or other matter that takes place between the organization and the candidate. And after accept this agreement if you do not join where you are placed by DFPS JOBS PVT.LTD you will be self-responsible and company fee / charges will be applicable on you in this case.
9. Agreement between Candidate/employ and DFPS JOBS PVT.LTD. will be valid through OFFICAIL EMAIL-dfps.job@gmail.com only . Agreement through mail will be legal agreement.
10. In case of selection of the candidates, the candidate will pay half month or 15 days salary of first month as our service charges. The candidate will be liable to release our service charges after selection and 30 DAYS OF the date of accept of agreement through email. Payment of fee will be accepted by Cheque, draft, case or online money transfer.
11. The service charges are applicable to all the candidates who accepts the offer / agreement or gives the confirmation to the company/Institute/School about the joining and even if the candidate do not join the organization/school/ institute/company on the provided joining date & accept agreement OF DFPS JOBS PVT.LTD he/she will still be liable to pay for the services charges which will be the amount equivalent to half month or 15 days salary of first month .DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED is free to pursue legal court proceeding against the candidate for breach of contract.
12. If you do not pay fee of service, Late fine will be charged after 30 days of acceptance of agreement without any prior notice from DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED.
13. In case the candidate does not deposit/pay the FEE/CHARGES of DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED that is half month’s salary or 15 days salary of gross salary to the company [DFPS JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED] within 30 days of accept agreement then the company have full right to take action against you in accordance with the laws of India as applicable. All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of NARNAUL CIVIL COURT.
