We always emphasize the satisfaction of our customers here at http://www.dfpsjobs.com If you are dissatisfied with the services, we are here to help you under the following terms: REFUND POLICY FOR PARTNERS/EMPLOYERS Refunds will be provided if the terms are not addressed on the services that are subscribed by the user as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the plan. Refund will only provide if the reason provided for the refund is genuine and consistent as per our mentioned terms. It is compulsory to read all the details before any purchase. Buyers have to show a valid receipt of the purchase. Refunds will include 70% of the service charge. Convenience fees are non-refundable. REFUND POLICY FOR PROFESSIONAL RESUME ASSISTANCE A refund will be initiated only if a user has not received any file from our end. No refund will be entertained in case a client decides to not continue with the project once placing the order. Once a product is delivered and the work regarding the same has been initiated no refund will be entertained. Refund will only provide if the reason provided for the refund is genuine and as per our mentioned terms. It is compulsory to read all the details before any purchase. Buyers have to show a valid receipt of the purchase. Refunds will include only 40% of the service charge. The service charge is non-refundable if we assist you with proper feedback. Convenience fees are non-refundable REFUND POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED JOB ASSISTANCE We do not provide any compensation for personalized job assistance for most demanded jobs. Hence, these plans are non-callable or refundable in any case.
REFUND PROCESS:
We only accept refund requests within 24 Hrs or 1 Day of making a purchase. According to the terms, if you apply for a refund on the 2nd day or post 24 Hrs (whichever is earlier of the purchase made), you will not be eligible for a refund. After investigation, we will notify you once your refund is initiated. Hence, it will be credited to your debit/credit card by the original mode of payment. It will take 10-15 working days to reflect in your account as per your bank policies. We do not take into account any payment made by a third party. Hence, any payment made is non-refundable.
Refund Process- Submission of Refund Claims:- All refund claims must be submitted in writing to the Company’s designated contact. The claim should detail the basis for the refund and include any relevant supporting documentation.
Review and Approval:- Refund claims will be reviewed by the Company’s management. The Company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to process the claim.
Processing Time: – Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 24Hours or one day(01) day of the final determination of eligibility. The Company will notify the Employer of the approval or rejection of the refund claim in writing.

Conditions for Refund
Complete Refund Eligibility: – A complete refund of the Service Fee, excluding , will be issued if the Company fails to share any CVs with the Employer for the requested position(s). Such a refund shall be processed within one (01) day from the date of acknowledgment of the failure.
Change in Employer’s Requirement Criteria:-In cases where the Employer alters the requirement criteria after submission of the Employer Detail Form, including but not limited to regional, gender, or caste-religion preferences that were not initially disclosed, and the Company is unable to fulfill the revised requirements, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be determined based on:
– The number of CVs shared;
– The time invested; – The work completed by the Company.
Partial Fulfillment of Vacancies:- If the Company receives a request to fill multiple vacancies (e.g., five) and successfully fulfills some (e.g., three), but fails to fill the remaining vacancies due to reasons such as:
– Low salary offers;
– Undesirable job locations;
– Other constraints not agreed upon;
and the Employer does not agree to cooperate or make necessary adjustments, a partial refund will be processed. This refund will apply only to the unfulfilled vacancies. No refund will be provided for the vacancies that have already been successfully filled by the Company.
Candidate Withdrawal Post-Selection:-No refund will be provided if a candidate, after being selected, decides to withdraw due to:
– Modifications in the terms and conditions of employment;
– Undisclosed conditions to the Company;
– Changes in the salary bracket by the Employer that were not communicated to the Company at the outset.
Employer’s Delay in Feedback:- No refund will be issued if the Employer fails to provide timely feedback or respond to shared profiles and arranged interviews, resulting in:
– Candidates losing interest;
– Delays in the recruitment process;
– Unfulfilled requirements.
Candidate Selection and Notification:-If you select any candidate and fail to inform us, and later the candidate denies or backs out after joining, a refund will not be provided.
Technical Rounds and Suitability:- You are responsible for selecting candidates after conducting technical rounds. The company has no involvement in this process. Therefore, if you find the candidate unsuitable after they have joined, there will be no refund.
Candidate Agreement and Commitment:- If you select a candidate and, after your discussion and mutual agreement, you provide payment to them, and the candidate denies joining or elopes after joining, the company is not responsible and not liable for a refund.
Note: We are a service provider company and do not produce products. Any issues related to the behavior of the selected faculty or candidate are not the responsibility of our company. We ensure that our candidates meet the required professional standards; however, we cannot guarantee their personal conduct or behavior.
